Job Overview:

We are looking for a full-stack, In-House SEO professional to manage, execute and grow our organic search performance end-to-end. This role owns everything related to SEO. From strategy and technical health to content optimization, authority building and performance tracking.

You will work closely with content, product, tech, design and marketing teams to ensure SEO is deeply integrated into our digital ecosystem and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Strategy & Planning
    Own the complete SEO strategy for the company website(s) Define short-term and long-term organic growth roadmaps Align SEO efforts with business, marketing and brand objectives Identify opportunities for traffic, lead and revenue growth

  2. Keyword Research & Search Intent
    Conduct in-depth keyword research across branded and non-branded queries Map keywords to landing pages, blogs and product/service pages Analyze user search intent and competitor keyword gaps Maintain keyword tracking and prioritization frameworks

  3. On-Page SEO
    Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs and internal linking Improve content structure, readability and topical relevance Implement image optimization (alt tags, compression, naming) Ensure proper keyword placement without over-optimization.

  4. Content SEO
    Collaborate with our team to create SEO-driven content plans Create SEO briefs for blogs, landing pages and pillar content Optimize existing content for improved rankings and engagement Identify content gaps and opportunities for topical authority

  5. Technical SEO
    Conduct regular technical SEO audits Ensure proper crawlability, indexing and site architecture Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability and Core Web Vitals Manage redirects, canonicals, sitemap, robots.txt and schema markup Work with developers to implement SEO best practices

  6. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
    Build high-quality backlinks through ethical, brand-safe methods Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links if required Support digital PR, citations and brand mentions Strengthen domain authority and trust signals

  7. Local SEO (If required)
    Optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings Manage NAP consistency across directories Improve local rankings and visibility Track and respond to reviews where required

  8. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
    Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rate and conversions Prepare monthly and quarterly SEO performance reports Provide insights, recommendations and action plans

  9. Conversion Rate Optimization (SEO Support)
    Analyze user behavior on organic landing pages Collaborate with design and UX teams to improve conversions Support A/B testing and on-page optimization efforts Ensure SEO traffic drives measurable business outcomes

  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with developers, designers, content writers and marketers Ensure SEO best practices are followed in new website features and pages Educate internal teams on SEO guidelines and impact

  11. SEO Tools & Process Management
    Manage SEO tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog Create and maintain SEO documentation, checklists and SOPs Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry trends Skills & Qualifications


2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house preferred) Strong understanding of technical, on-page, content and off-page SEO Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website architecture Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and take full ownership

Nice to Have
Experience with international or multi-location SEO Knowledge of CRO, UX, and product-led SEO Exposure to paid marketing and attribution models
